We loved the flavors in this dish; the sauce was excellent for dipping. We also basted the chicken with part of the sauce. Will definitely put this in our rotation. Would make for guests. Served with roasted red potatoes, corn and pickled beets. We used boneless breasts instead of thighs because we like white meat. Turned out really yummy; better than with red barbecue sauce.

Best dry rub I've ever used on chicken. Will make a big bunch of it to keep for future use. Won't bother with the white barbecue sauce. It doesn't need it. Can season the chicken and then freeze it before grilling. Still rates a 5 star.

Love, love, love it! This is by far my favorite grill seasoning. I make a big batch and keep it in a recycled spice shaker for quick use. The white BBQ sause is not for everyone (my husband is not a fan of tangy sauces) by those that love it really LOVE it! We have this any night of the week and on special occassions. It was a big hit this Fourth of July. We served the chicken with baked beans, potato salad, and fresh grilled corn with chipotle lime butter.

I used 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts and thought there was too much rub on them. It was okay, but not great. We did not like the white bbq.

There is a clickable link to the white barbeque sauce recipe at the bottom of the ingredients list. It's yummy! I would also use it on fish, with french fries, and on veggies. It tasted great with broccoli! The chicken rub looks good, although we haven't yet tried it. Looks slightly similar to a jerk rub that we love and use regularly.

We had this dish at a large family gathering and everyone loved it!! The spices on the grilled chicken married with the white BBQ sauce was so tasty! It was a hit! Bonus is that it is prepared ahead, so it makes a great meal for a large quantity! Also, we used breasts, and it was great as well!!
