Me and the husband loved this recipe. It's so easy to make and tastes great. We'll be making it again.

This was a meal that went together in a snap. We grilled the chicken on our Traeger BBQ with mesquite pellets. For the salsa, I boiled the corn then sliced it off the cob. I also had some peach infused vinegar that I used instead of the cider vinegar. A little diced green chiles or jalapenos would liven up the salsa a bit but it was very good as is. We served it along side saffron rice and grilled asparagus. It was a perfect summer meal. I wouldn't hesitate to serve it to guests.

This was a fabulous dinner. My husband could live on chicken alone, but I get tired of the same old bird, so was happy to stumble upon this fresh and different twist. The seasonings for the grilled chicken are simple and alone not outstanding, but the relish really makes it a spectacular meal. We had a friend stop by for dinner tonight who raved about the dish and felt special. I will definitely add this to our chicken rotation!

This recipie was full of flavor and delicious. I love the use of the fresh fruit and vegetables in the relish. YUM!! The fresh basil is a must. The only change we made was using chicken breasts instead of thighs and grilling it accordingly.

These were so delicious, I loved them, I did use lime instead of the vinegar though, I like lime much better

Very good. Used chicken breast and baked in the oven when weather wasn't great for grilling.

Easy and delicious! I used canned pineapple tidbits (I cut them in half for small cubes) and added cilantro and lime juice to the relish. For the chicken I used skinless chicken breasts and added a bit of cayenne pepper for some kick. I served it with some white rice. All the flavor combinations were wonderful. I can't wait to have the leftovers tomorrow for lunch!

I loved this so much I ate the salsa the next day as a side and shared it with my coworkers. Delicious. The combination of pineapple, corn and peppers provided a unique flavor to the dish. Highly recommended.

I accidentally forgot to use the vinegar and the red onions (too busy on the phone running my mouth). The meal was tasty. I served it with Uncle Ben's Roasted Chicken Rice and some frozen sweet peas. I even enjoyed the leftover relish by itself.

The chicken was pretty good and easy to make, the relish was excellent. I made extra relish and ate it the next day with chips.
