    I've made this salsa with plums, nectarines and fresh pineapple...all versions were excellent, but the plum is my favorite. The spices on the chicken blended excellently with the fruit salsa. Great summertime recipe

    First time I ever paired plums with's awesome! I love how the spice rub on the chicken is complemented by the sweet salsa that has a nice kick to it with the hot sauce. I added a little lime juice to the salsa, because I'm a fan of acid, but other than that didn't change a thing. Really wonderful and will make again and again.

    Wow... I thought I reviewed this before. This is one of most favorite summer recipes! Make the plum salsa the day before or earlier in the day so the flavors blend. I've made this with plums, nectarines and served both with chicken and pork. A delicious and versatile recipe!

    This was delicious. I followed recipe almost exactly except cut back slightly on the hot sauce. Double the salsa as folks will want more.

    Easy and I'm sure quite versatile also. The salsa would be great on chips; I'm glad there are leftovers!
