Meh. I had to grill these a lot longer to make them edible, and there were some of them that we could only eat the tops of the broccolini. For the really thick stalks, you need to trim a lot down, for the thinner ones, it should be fine. The flavor was nice, on the ones we could eat. I won't be making this again
