- 1 loaf of crusty bread
- olive oil
- sea salt
- red pepper flakes
- 1 clove of garlic
- Slice bread into serving slices. Grill on grill, toast until the bread is colored but not burnt. Remove from grill, take the garlic clove and rub on each slice of bread. Chop avocado into small bite-size pieces. Place on bread, drizzle with olive oil, sea salt and red pepper flakes.
