- 6 (1/2-pound) bluefish fillets
- 1 cup commercial barbecue sauce
How to Make It
Place fillets in a wire grilling basket; grill over hot coals 3 to 5 minutes on each side, basting often with sauce. Fish is done when it flakes easily when tested with a fork. Transfer to a serving platter, and serve immediately.
