Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 (4-ounce) beef tenderloin steaks (about 3/4 inch thick)
  • Cooking spray
  • Horseradish-Walnut Sauce

Preparation

  1. 1. Prepare grill.
  2. 2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl; rub herb mixture over steaks. Place steaks on a grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 3 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Serve with Horseradish-Walnut Sauce.
