Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Toss asparagus with olive oil, minced garlic cloves, and salt and pepper to taste. Grill, uncovered, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until tender.
