  • 1 cup(s) Spanish rice mix
  • 1 3/4 cup(s) chicken broth
  • 6 piece(s) shrimp large, peeled
  • 2 whole(s) chicken thighs skinless
  • 2 ounce(s) dried chorizo sliced
  • 1/4 cup(s) pimiento-stuffed olives
  • 1/4 cup(s) roasted pepper strips
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) smoked paprika
  • olive oil
  • pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients in foil pie pan
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with pepper
  3. Seal pan in foil
  4. Grill over medium-high heat 30 minutes
