How to Make It

Step 1

In a food processor or blender, purée tomatillos, cilantro, onion, 4 tablespoons lime juice, and 1 tablespoon chilies until smooth.

Step 2

Taste, then add more lime juice and chilies if desired. Add salt to taste. Serve, or cover and chill up to 3 days.
