  • Dressing:
  • 1/4 cup apple cider
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Salad:
  • 10 cup mixed greens
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced celery (about 3 ribs)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted


  1. 1. Make dressing: Whisk cider, vinegar, honey and mustard. Slowly whisk in oil. Add salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Make salad: Place greens, celery, cranberries and walnuts in a bowl. Toss with just enough dressing to lightly coat. Pass remaining dressing on the side.
