  • 1 can(s) Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 package(s) Frozen Broccoli, chopped, cooked & drained
  • 1/2 cup(s) Light Cream
  • 1/2 piece(s) Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup(s) Rice, cooked
  • 1 cup(s) Shredded Cheese (your choice)
  • 1/2 cup(s) Water
  • 1 can(s) Water Chestnuts, sliced


  1. 1. saute onion in butter, combine other ingredients and place in a greased casserole
  2. 2. bake at 350 for 20 minutes

  3. Tips: don't cook broccoli completely - it will finish cooking in the oven
