Worthy of a Special Occasion

The husband loved it but it could have used a bit more liquid and a few more minutes to get the rice to the perfect consistency for me.

Excellent Mexican side dish! Made as directed except for using veggie broth and brown rice. Served with Mexican Lasagna - perfect complement!

Very tasty. I tried it for a circle supper and everyone there enjoyed it as well.
