How to Make It

Step 1

Sauté onion in butter until tender. Spoon into pastry shell.

Step 2

Combine eggs, cream, salt, and pepper; stir well. Pour over onions. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
