Fresh is what you taste in this side dish of Green Onion and Dill Quinoa.
1 cup uncooked quinoa
1 1/4 cups water
1/4 cup chopped green onions
3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
How to Make It
Rinse and drain quinoa. Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add quinoa to pan; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 13 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Stir in green onions, dill, lemon juice, garlic, kosher salt, and pepper.
