Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 12 large garlic-stuffed green olives
- 1 tablespoon drained capers
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
- 1. Grate rind and squeeze juice from lemon to equal 1 tablespoon and 2 1/2 tablespoons, respectively. Process lemon rind, juice, olives, and remaining ingredients in a food processor until coarsely chopped.
