This cocktail gets its luxurious feel from the addition of frothy egg whites, which brings out the sweet notes of the muddled green grapes. 

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup green grapes
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon grated lime rind
  • 3 ounces pisco
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 2 large egg whites

How to Make It

  1. Combine grapes, sugar, and rind in a cocktail shaker; muddle. Add pisco and juice; shake 30 seconds.

  2. Add bitters and whites; fill shaker with ice. Shake vigorously 2 minutes or until frothy. Strain into 2 glasses.
