This cocktail gets its luxurious feel from the addition of frothy egg whites, which brings out the sweet notes of the muddled green grapes. 

How to Make It

Step 1

Combine grapes, sugar, and rind in a cocktail shaker; muddle. Add pisco and juice; shake 30 seconds.

Step 2

Add bitters and whites; fill shaker with ice. Shake vigorously 2 minutes or until frothy. Strain into 2 glasses.
