Green Goddess Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 2 teaspoons Champagne or white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
- Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Cover and chill.
