  • 1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 2 teaspoons Champagne or white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


  1. Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Cover and chill.
