Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients

1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
2 teaspoons Champagne or white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon anchovy paste
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Cover and chill.
