  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh ginger
  • 1/4 cup chopped jalapeño chile
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 large garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
