Ingredients
- 2 lbs Pork - Diced
- 2 teaspoon(s) Olive Oil
- 3 Medium Potatoes - Peeled And Diced
- 1 Big Onion - Diced
- 3 Garlic Cloves - Minced
- Sea Salt To Taste
- 3 - 4 oz can(s) Green Chilies - Diced
- Water
- Cilantro
- Optional - Squeezed Lime Juice
Preparation
- Place oil in large saucepan and saute onion and garlic over a medium heat for 2 – 3 minutes; Cube meat, and sprinkle with sea salt and add to the onion and garlic and brown the pork. Then add potatoes, chile. Then cover with water. Cook over medium heat until potatoes are soft enough to eat. Add more water if necessary. After it is cooked, add cilantro on top, and lime juice if you like. Enjoy
