Green Chile Rice

  • 4 cup(s) cooked rice
  • 8 ounce(s) pkg shredded mozzarella
  • 2 cup(s) sour cream
  • 4 ounce(s) can diced green chiles, drained


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour into an ungreased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees until bubbly, about 20 minutes.
