Green Beans with Pine Nuts

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds green beans, stems removed
- 2 teaspoons coarse salt
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
Preparation
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the green beans and salt and cook just until tender, about 4 to 6 minutes. Drain well in a colander.
- In the same pot, over medium-high heat, combine the butter and pine nuts. Cook, stirring frequently, until the pine nuts are lightly toasted, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add the beans; toss to stir well. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
