Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Add green beans to pan; cook in boiling water 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and plunge beans into ice water; drain well.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; cook 2 minutes or until browned. Add beans to pan; cook 1 minute or until heated, stirring frequently. Stir in rind, juice, salt, and pepper.
