- 3 (10-ounce) packages frozen cut green beans or 4 cups fresh green beans, cooked
- 1 cup blanched almonds, toasted
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon dried whole oregano
How to Make It
Cook green beans according to package directions; drain.
Sauté almonds in butter until lightly browned. Add almonds and oregano to cooked green beans, and toss well.
Note: 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted, may be substituted for blanched almonds.
