  • 1 1/3 cups chopped plum tomato (about 3/4 pound)
  • 1/2 cup minced shallots
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons chopped ripe olives
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How to Make It
