Ingredients

  • 2 (8-ounce) bags fresh ready-to-cook haricots verts
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated lime rind
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Preparation

  1. Steam haricots verts in microwave according to package directions. Toss with olive oil, lime rind, lime juice, salt, and crushed red pepper.
