1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon grated lime rind
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Steam haricots verts in microwave according to package directions. Toss with olive oil, lime rind, lime juice, salt, and crushed red pepper.
