  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 medium-size red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 (16-oz.) package frozen white corn, thawed
  • 1 (16-oz.) package frozen French-cut green beans, thawed
  • 1 (16-oz.) package frozen small baby green peas, thawed


  1. 1. Whisk together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Add red bell pepper and remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Cover and chill at least 2 hours or up to 8 hours. Stir before serving with a slotted spoon.
