Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 medium-size red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 (16-oz.) package frozen white corn, thawed
- 1 (16-oz.) package frozen French-cut green beans, thawed
- 1 (16-oz.) package frozen small baby green peas, thawed
Preparation
- 1. Whisk together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Add red bell pepper and remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Cover and chill at least 2 hours or up to 8 hours. Stir before serving with a slotted spoon.
