Ingredients

1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 medium-size red bell pepper, chopped
1 (16-oz.) package frozen white corn, thawed
1 (16-oz.) package frozen French-cut green beans, thawed
1 (16-oz.) package frozen small baby green peas, thawed

Preparation

1. Whisk together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Add red bell pepper and remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Cover and chill at least 2 hours or up to 8 hours. Stir before serving with a slotted spoon.
