Green Bean and Tomato Salad

    Husband loved it, I thought it was good but balsamic a little strong for the tomatoes, next time I will add tomatoes just before serving. It was good the 2nd day too. I didn't add the anchovies but did everything else according to recipe, would be good with other vegetables added too. Served with rotisserie chicken, would serve to casual guests.

    Excellent combination of tastes. I used roma tomatoes which tend to be firmer and they were a a worthwhile substitution. Would serve to to company. Easy to make and I think the anchovy must be the secret ingredient!
