- 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 3/4 cup all-purpose baking mix
- 1/2 teaspoon table salt
- 2 cups 1% low-fat milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups leftover green bean casserole
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
How to Make It
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first 7 ingredients; fold in casserole. Spoon into a greased (with butter) 10-inch pie plate. Top with almonds. Bake 45 minutes or until set. Cool 10 minutes.
