1. preheat oven to 350, grease two 1.5 quart casseroles
2. prepare wild rice according to pkg directions - stir in chicken, beans, soups, mushrooms, onion, green pepper and soup mix - combine well
3. spoon mixture evenly into two casseroles - sprinkle with cheese
4. cover and freeze one casserole for up to three months - cover and bake second casserole for 25-30 minutes - uncover and sprinkle with french-fried onions - bake 5 minutes longer
To use frozen casserole: completely thaw in fridge - remove from fridge 30 minutes before baking - cover and bake 60-65 minutes at 350 - uncover and sprinkle with french-fried onions - bake five minutes longer
