Green Bean, Chicken & Balsamic Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed and blanched
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cooked and sliced
  • 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup chow mein noodles
  • Wish-Bone® Salad Spritzers® Balsamic Breeze® Vinaigrette Dressing

How to Make It

  1. Toss all ingredients except Wish-Bone® Salad Spritzers® Balsamic Breeze® Vinaigrette Dressing in large serving bowl or platter. Just before serving, spritz with Dressing.

    SERVING SUGGESTION: For a twist, serve in martini glasses, wine goblets or ice cream sundae dishes instead of serving bowl.
