Ingredients

  • 1 diced, peeled Granny Smith apple
  • 1/2 diced small white onion
  • 1 minced jalapeno pepper
  • 1 diced Hass avocado
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, combine 1 diced, peeled Granny Smith apple, 1/2 diced small white onion, 1 minced jalapeño pepper, 1 diced Hass avocado, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, and 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt. Toss well.
