Greek Tuna Salad
This is a low calorie version of tuna salad that you can put in a sandwich or serve on lettuce. If you don't mind a few extra calories, you can add a tablespoon of sliced black olives.

- 1 can(s) tuna in oil (5 oz.) frained
- 1 tablespoon(s) fresh basil
- 1 stalk(s) celery diced
- 1 scallion (green part only) chopped
- 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- olive oil to taste
- salt & pepper to taste
- Combine all and chill.
