  • 2 to 3 cups plain yogurt (preferably Greek style)
  • 3/4 to 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups toasted walnuts
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup honey


  1. Stir together yogurt and vanilla. Layer alternately with remaining ingredients into 4 to 6 glasses, beginning with yogurt and ending with walnuts and honey.
