Very tasty. We subbed spinach for the arugula but I think of a blend of the two would be nice. Oh, and we don't eat lamb so I used all ground turkey. Served the meat loaves on top of the salad with the sauce and warm flatbreads on the side. Yum!

This flavorful recipe is nice twist on standard meatloaf and was a hit with my husband and both of my small children. The textures and flavors all work so well together; the salad dressing is tangy while the yogurt sauce creamy and delicious. Everything came together for a great weeknight meal (though it was a little time consuming) that I will definitely make again. The meat would make great patties to throw on the grill and serve with pita.

I didn't use lamb (I'm not a fan of lamb). But these were good. Especially like the sauce and cucumbers.

I thought these were delicious. I used a mix of spinach and arugula for the salad, other than that, followed recipe; next time I will double it. Served with a baked sweet potato. I like the idea reviewer 'arlingtonaf' had to use in pitas; will try that with leftovers for lunch.

This tasty recipe was a big hit, and unlike other reviewers, I thought it actually came together very quickly. Once you have the meat mixed, the cooking time is fast. I served it with roasted Moroccan style carrots and cucumber salad.

These were very tasty. I do agree with another poster about mixing the sauce with the meat. The sauce alone was awful to me. Very tart, but with the meat was a nice compliment. Both my 11 year old and my husband like the meatloaves. It took a little prep work, but not so bad.

These were so tasty and the cooking time was awesome. Didn't use arugula just other salad mixture and added a little flavored balsamic vinegar to the salad dressing. Definitely keeping this in my rotation. Would be good with pita bread too.

This was really good! I didn't have muffin pans so I skipped adding the egg, and made the meat mixture into burgers instead, which worked well The yogurt sauce was a little tart on its own, but once combined with everything it was delish. The meat is really flavorful. I served with pitas, and put the patties, sauce and salad all in the pita. I think you need a pita with this kind of thing! I wouldn't call this recipe "superfast" which is how it was described. There is a lot of chopping, blending, etc. But, once everything is chopped it goes pretty quickly to actually cook.

Made this last night. It was absolutely delicious and very healthy!

A hit! I only used ground sirloin (it will be even better with the lamb). Was generous with the garlic, otherwise except for the addition of a teaspoon of dijon mustard to the vinaigrette, and making it into a loaf instead of the cups, I made it as directed and it was perfect. Had roasted garlic couscous as a side. Next time will go for the pita suggestion instead and slice up a tomato. The feta yogurt sauce is awesome. Will use this in other recipes as well.

This was DELICIOUS!! I made them into burgers and cooked them on the grill. They tasted very good and the sauce complimented the burgers perfectly. It was slightly different than the traditional tzatziki sauce.
