Birds Eye® Greek-Style Grain Salad

Serve this salad with sauteed scallops and prepared Birds Eye® Baby Mixed Beans & Carrots.

Yield: 3 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (10 oz) Steamfresh® Multi Grain Blend with Spinach, Tomato & Onions, cooked according to package directions and cooled
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 jar (6 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, reserve dressing
  • 3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
  • Chopped tomato

Preparation

  1. 1. Toss prepared multi-grain blend with olives, artichokes, reserved artichoke dressing and feta cheese in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Cover and chill salad, if desired, for 1 hour before serving.
  3. 3. Serve garnished with chopped tomato.
  4. Serving Suggestion: Serve this salad with sauteed scallops and prepared Birds Eye® Baby Mixed Beans & Carrots.
