- 1 bag (10 oz) Steamfresh® Multi Grain Blend with Spinach, Tomato & Onions, cooked according to package directions and cooled
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1 jar (6 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, reserve dressing
- 3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
- Chopped tomato
- 1. Toss prepared multi-grain blend with olives, artichokes, reserved artichoke dressing and feta cheese in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Cover and chill salad, if desired, for 1 hour before serving.
- 3. Serve garnished with chopped tomato.
- Serving Suggestion: Serve this salad with sauteed scallops and prepared Birds Eye® Baby Mixed Beans & Carrots.
