1. Toss prepared multi-grain blend with olives, artichokes, reserved artichoke dressing and feta cheese in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Cover and chill salad, if desired, for 1 hour before serving.
3. Serve garnished with chopped tomato.
