The spinach is rich in vitamin A and makes a great base for this flavorful dip.

  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, squeezed dry
  • 1 cup reduced fat sour cream
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. (3.5 oz.) ATHENOS Crumbled Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
  • 8 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed


  1. MIX all ingredients until well blended.
  2. REFRIGERATE 1 hour.
  3. Serving Suggestion: Serve with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables or ATHENOS Whole Wheat Baked Pita Chips.
