Greek Spinach Dip
Refrigerate: 1 Hour
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, squeezed dry
- 1 cup reduced fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. (3.5 oz.) ATHENOS Crumbled Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
- 8 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- MIX all ingredients until well blended.
- REFRIGERATE 1 hour.
- Serving Suggestion: Serve with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables or ATHENOS Whole Wheat Baked Pita Chips.
