The spinach is rich in vitamin A and makes a great base for this flavorful dip.

1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, squeezed dry
1 cup reduced fat sour cream
1/2 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
1 pkg. (3.5 oz.) ATHENOS Crumbled Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
8 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon dill weed
MIX all ingredients until well blended.
REFRIGERATE 1 hour.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables or ATHENOS Whole Wheat Baked Pita Chips.
