Greek Salad Dressing
- anchovy paste
- 1 tablespoon(s) Dijon mustard
- 3 clove(s) garlic
- 1/4 cup(s) lemon juice
- 1/2 cup(s) olive oil
- salt & pepper
- Grate 3 cloves of garlic. Add anchovy paste to taste, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and salt and pepper. Mix well. Whisk in olive oil.
