- 3 pounds cooked and quartered baby red potatoes
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese with sun-dried tomatoes
- 2/3 cup pitted and coarsely chopped kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup bottled Italian or Greek dressing
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
How to Make It
Stir together potatoes, feta cheese, kalamata olives, Italian or Greek dressing, and oregano. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste just before serving.
