Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup (2 ounces) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese
  • 2 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, and squeezed dry
  • 1 (4-ounce) package crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 plum tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped pitted kalamata olives
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Preparation

Combine mayonnaise and cream cheese, stirring until smooth. Stir in spinach and remaining ingredients. Cover and chill 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
