Greek Feta Salad
- 2 cucumbers, cut into bite-size chunks
- 4 plum tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
- 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
- 1/3 cup Greek dressing
- 1 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
- COMBINE first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
- ADD dressing; toss to coat.
- TOP with cheese just before serving.
