Fresh mint, chocolate sorbet, and chocolate wafer cookies make this an intensely enjoyable mint-chocolate dessert.
3/4 cup 2% reduced fat milk
1/4 cup half-and-half
1 (1-ounce) package mint
1 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup mocha-flavored hot cocoa powder
4 chocolate wafer cookies, broken
1 (14-ounce) container chocolate sorbet
How to Make It
Combine milk and half-and-half in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer. Remove from heat; stir in mint. Place pan in a large ice-filled bowl; cool completely (about 10 minutes), stirring occasionally. Discard mint.
Place milk mixture, ice, and next 3 ingredients (through cookies) in a blender; process until smooth.
