- 1 bunch(es) red grapes
- sliced prosciutto
- rosemary sprig skewers
- Alternately thread grapes and prosciutto onto large rosemary sprig "skewers". Brush lightly with olive oil. Grill over medium-high heat for 2 minutes on each side or until grill marks are visible on the grapes. Drizzle with high quality balsalmic vinegar.
