- 1/4 cup (2 oz.) gin
- 1/4 cup fresh grapefruit juice (from 1 grapefruit)
- 2 tablespoons (1 oz.) Campari
- 1 teaspoon sweet vermouth
- Grapefruit peel twist
How to Make It
Combine gin, grapefruit juice, Campari, and vermouth in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Cover and shake vigorously 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled glass, and garnish with grapefruit peel twist.
