Grapefruit Ambrosia Coupes

Yield 4 servings (serving size: 1 dish)
A coupe is any type of ice cream, frozen yogurt, or sherbet topped with fruit. Serving a grapefruit mixture over orange sherbet is a nice alternative to traditional ambrosia.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange sherbet or sorbet
  • 1 (26-ounce) jar pink grapefruit sections, drained
  • 1 cup seedless red grape halves
  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • 4 teaspoons flaked coconut
